Please let me know specifically what point of measure you need and I will provide you with measurements from 2XL - 5XL.

Is this item waterproof or water resistent?

I just received this jacket, so cannot comment on its durability. However, the fit is solid--if anything a little roomy--the high-viz yellow is high-viz. And the reflective strips also help in that department. As another reviewer mentioned, the long tail in the back helps keep that part from rising up, and is especially suitable for cyclists. Wind protection is as you'd expect: just fine. This is not a rain jacket, so I don't expect high performance in wet weather. Since it hasn't rained here in a couple of weeks, I haven't had a chance to test basic water repellency, either. As for what it's missing, I don't mention these as real criticisms. You have to understand that my basis for comparison is a brand-name cycling jacket. With those you're talking anywhere from 4 to 6 times the price of this unit. That said, you may want to reconsider your purchase if you MUST have any of the following:
1. A drawstring waist to cinch up the bottom. None here.
2. Velcro in the sleeves for a more customized fit. This one has simple elastic.
3. Either an interior or exterior chest pocket. Personally, I'll miss this feature the most, but c'mon, folks. 16 bucks.

I just retired, so my days of buying chi-chi cycling apparel are over. And of course even if you're not a cyclist, this product should work well as a top layer over a sweat shirt or the like for cool weather. Or alone over a tee for less cool weather.

Overall, a winner.

Exceptional Value, Solid Product

Unable to find a lined shirt jacket, I decided to try this jacket. Bad choice. Really light weight and flimsy. Not very well made either. Don't recommend.
